This privacy policy applies to the Stretchy: Daily Stretches app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by nz-dev (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider retains User Provided Data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, please contact nzdev25@gmail.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian aware of such activity, please contact nzdev25@gmail.com.

The Service Provider safeguards information with physical, electronic, and procedural measures to protect confidentiality.
